In this template, I've included sections to guide you in building a case study. Treat this as a skeleton to organize and present your designs. Following these sections in order will help you create a coherent storyline and ensure all essential elements that interviewers look for are covered.

You can use this template to create your case study on any platform, such as a website, Notion page, or Framer. Feel free to add your sections if necessary and edit as per your requirements.


Sections for case study

1. Project Description

Include an image of the product UI as the introductory slide.

2. Project Timeline

<aside> 💡 Include the product MVP, phases, and bullet points summarizing what happened in each phase. Also, provide information about team members, the timeline, and your role and responsibilities.

3. The goal

<aside> 💡 What are the business goals or assumed business goals you aim to impact with this project? What are the OKRs?

4. Target user roles

<aside> 💡 Who are the users and what are their roles? How do they currently interact with the product?

5. The challenge

<aside> 💡 Insert the problem you're trying to solve (user problem, business problem). If there is no specific problem, describe what you're trying to discover. Also, define the scope of the challenge, including any constraints and what you are not attempting to solve. Clearly articulate a problem statement.
